What Type of Questions May I Ask?
Email reference is designed to provide brief, factual responses such as addresses of organizations and institutions, historical facts and dates, checking bibliographic citations (no more than 5), and where to begin to look for information on a topic.
How Soon Can I Expect an Answer?
Questions will be responded to within 72 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Friday questions will be answered by Tuesday. Users who need more immediate service may call the Information Desk at (513)558-5628 or visit the library in person.
