Corporate Memberships

Cost: $600 annually

  • Receive two library cards to check out circulating material from any University of Cincinnati Library. Loans are for three weeks and may be renewed one time. Check out is limited to ten items at any one time. This membership does NOT provide OhioLINK privileges or remote access to electronic databases and journals.  

  • Register for any of the Health Sciences Libraries’ database and software classes at the reduced rate of $75 per class.  View class schedules at /classes/calendar/ and register online, by phone at 513-558-0186 or in person at the Information Desk.  

  • Request librarian-mediated on-line searches at a reduced rate of $25/search.  Contact the Information Services Department for more information at 513-558-5628.  

  • Receive Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan privileges. Due to limited journal access during the library renovation, requests for in-house materials will be filled. Requests for items which are not in the collection are limited to ten requests per month. The fees for this service vary, depending on what library ultimately provides the requested item(s).  Rush service is available for an additional fee.  Contact Document Delivery at 513-558-8389 to request a current fee schedule.  Click "here" to submit requests electronically.
